Stephanie was Wonderful!! At certain points in the negotiations her quick thinking and extensive vast experience dealing with lenders and other entities in the home buying process was what enabled us to get our home. There was a point where it looked like the deal might fall through and we were not going to get the loan because we were buying the house "as is" and the bank was not happy with some of the things about the house. Stephanie made a couple of brilliant suggestions and we tried them - and the lender agreed with the terms immediately. Our loan went through and closed earlier than normal!!
